"I Have IBS" is a site that has content in several languages. Optimization was done for English, Spanish, and Farsi. Custom programming was needed to implement multilingual SEO.

"Irritable bowel syndrome" is an extremely competitive search term, with top sites being US government website, Wikipedia (as usual), Mayo Clinic, and others. Most of the top ten results have PageRanks between 5 and 6. As IHaveIBS.com has PR 2, optimization had to focus on secondary phrases, and some of the main phrases turned out to be "ibs cures" and "ibs medication". As of today, time of writing this, site is #10 and #7 for these phrases. This was done with only on-site content optimization without any link building. Unfortunately, client chose not to proceed with the second phase -- link building. This is very unfortunate, as bringing a website mainpage to PageRank 4 is not big investment, and would help site a lot.

For example, a parent will be able to type the brand and product, and see whether that particular products represents danger to child's alergies.
